Finding Dances and Dance Weekends Outside of Florida:

Dances come and go often enough that no single source of information is completely up to date. You might want to look into joining the Country Dance and Song Society and getting their printed directory. On-line, you should look at both the dance page by Kiran Wagle, and the dance page by Bob Stein. These two excellent, massive efforts overlap a great deal but are complementary in their coverage and in their indexing. In general, unless you find an up-to-date schedule on line, you should probably call the appropriate contact numbers to confirm dates and locations. For further information on dance weeks and weekends go to The Dance Gypsy or email and request their latest (free) Summer Planner or subscribe to their monthly calendar/newsletter.
